I have another installation of CBSubs, and I can register the payments of the baskets in the backend with any currency. But in my new installation it doesn't let me to choose. It just shows the price of the offline pending payment of the basket in USD, and doesn't let me choose between any other currencies.

I have been searching, and I changed the configuration of CBSubs, section "Currency and Price display" to "Multi-currency mode: Secondary Currency:" to my currency.

But it only shows the prices of the plans in the front end with both selected currencies; primary and secondary. It doesn't solve the offline payment in different currencies in the backend in the basket payment registration.

How can I setup the correct option to show different currencies to select for the payment at the backend?

Paying a basket from backend uses the currency of the basket. Look further up and you should see the basket info as well as the currency it's set to. The currency above the amount input should be the same as the basket.

I'm not so sure I am understanding, but this is the scenario:

In the new installation I am using joomla 2.5.11 with CBSubs 3.0

In the other installation I use joomla 1.5 with CBSubs 1.3.

In the old installation we use a off-line payment gateway configured with the main currency as USD and the multicurrency option in Global setup in off. So all the plans are charged in USD.

People that select that option is charged with the price in USD in the basket, even people that selects the offline gateway. But when the administratos selects tha pay now button in the basket for the offline payments, the system lets him select the currency (mexican pesos and others). So we can change the amount to Mexican pesos each time. In fact, we change the currency to all the offline payments.

But in the new installation, we tried with multi currency in off mode or in Mexican Pesos, and the basket payment option doesn't permit us to change the currency from the original USD to mexican pesos, as occurs in the old installation.

Does it mean that CBSubs changed this feature from 1.3 to 3.0?

Regards

The reason to change the currency (as wwe do in the old installation) is because we receive international payments, and it's prefered to be in USD. But when the money arrives to the bank is transformed to mexican pesos.

You need to have multi-currency enabled or you won't be able to select the currency. If multi-currency is off it'll always use the currency the basket was initiated with, which in your case is USD.

It doesn't seem like that. Because the installation that is working fine, in the sense that it lets the administrator to change the currency when registering the payment in the backend is the one that has the multicurrency in off.

Instead, the new installation, which has the option of multicurrency on, is the one that doesn't let the administrator to select a different currency in the basket payments.

The multi currency is ok to show or let the front end user to select between different currencies. But that is not the problem. The problem is in the back end.

The multi-currency which I am talking about is the one for the secndary currency. Are we talking about the same point of configuration os does exist another place in CBSubs where I should configure the multicurrency?
