Multilanguage: CB Login goes to wrong language

I am running a multilanguage site and I have an issue with the login.

You can login with the CB login module which works fine and I can set different urls there for the different languages aswel, that isn't the problem.

The problem is when a user is going directly to their profile page (or was on their page and left it open so the session has run out) this prompts them with a login form, however when you login here it seems you are always send to the profile page in the default language.

Is there any way to change this?

CB uses whatever language Joomla is using. So for you site to be in Spanish and English you need both a Joomla Spanish and CB Spanish language plugin. Each user can also have a language select using the params field.

That's odd. I already have all the languages for both Joomla and CB installed, when I login through the module and end go to the profile page I see it (and everything else) in the correct language.

It's just whenever I go directly to the profile page by manually filling in the URL (without being logged in) or by waiting for the session to expire and refreshing. Then I'm prompted with a login form, when I login there it always sends me to the default language.

Is your entire site in the default language or just CB when this happens? Joomla is responsible for flipping the languages around. CB just loads the language that Joomla tells CB it should load.

I believe this is normal Joomla behavior then. It only uses the users selected language when they're logged in. If you're using a language selector module then I believe you need to have Joomlas language filter system plugin enabled, but it's been known to cause some issues as it rewrites URLs.

Nope, it actually loads in the first CB Login module it finds so they're exactly the same.
