I assume it's a Joomla content plugin. If it is then no, not yet. With next release of CB though it will be possible as you'll be able to enable content plugin processing for delimiter fields.

You won't be able to use content plugins in delimiter fields until next CB release (1.10.0). Alternative is to develop a new fieldtype plugin that executes whatever PHP you need.
