Configuring a state field with CB Query field plugin was created by orlisgal
Used to be I could find the directions and State text file on this forum, so I could setup a State drop down field item...not country. I can no longer find that file; can anyone help? Thanks!

We've the below tutorial for country.

We don't have a tutorial for state.

We don't have one, but there are many available on Google search (that's how we got the country one to begin with).

Is it possible to limit the list to one or two continent and not have the entire file?

It's a database table so you can delete any rows you don't want or remove them from the SQL file. You can also adjust the query with a WHERE statement to select only the rows for your two continents.
