how can i show a cb field below the avatar in cb activity?

You'll need to edit CB Activity templates found below to add a field to the output using getFields API.

components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbactivity/templates/default/tab.php

The avatar is added via getOwnerAvatar usage in the above. You'll also need to adjust recent.php if you want to change the recent activity page as well.

another thing: why there isn't translation for CB Activity? there is a way to translate in italian the activities?

All strings used in CB Activity are CBTxt usages, which all can be translated. Please search as all the strings have already been provided and several users have provided example translations.

the strings in english are defined in components\com_comprofiler\plugin\user\plug_cbactivity\plugin.cbactivity.php, when can i define an additional translation?
