[SOLVED] CB Blogs 4.1.1 - create new blog article - Blog failed to save! Error:

Unfortunately I have issues in Joomla 2.5.18 and CB Blogs 4.1.1.
I can´t finish and leave the "New blog" form. The articles are saved! I can see and access them in backend. Also in CB tab and edit them in a new browser window. But during "create/new blog" I always stay on the form with error:

"Blog failed to save! Error:"

I tried different settings and parameters. No success. Always the same error, without any details.
Sorry, no console errors or further infos are displayed.

BTW, CB Activity was enabled. But no activity was logged.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retest and see if any errors output. If none then disable CB Activity and see if issue persists. Note the plugin has been completely rewritten and moved into CB 2.0 core where it is tested working; so this could be a bug caused by latest Joomla release.

Yes, sure. It is always my first step, if something is strange ;-)
But there is no error, nor infos.

As I mentioned in my first post, i can see my 4 test articles in CB Blog tab. I noticed the only action that works is "edit".

Unpublish leads to error (but seems to unpubish!, title is no more linked):
"Blog state failed to save! Error:"

Delete leads to error:
"Blog failed to delete! Error:"

I am going to try another J25 install and also J32…

Are you trying to create blogs with the same title and/or message as another article? I believe duplicate titles will cause alias issues, but alias increment is implemented so it should be ok.

Nope. The "Alias title" numbering works great ;-)

I just tested on the same server and a parallel installation. CB Pro package installer. J! 2.5.17 - works!
After that, I updated with 2.5-2.5.18 updater. Also works!
I tried Admins and registered users. No problems on the second installation!?!!

So, something must be broken on the first site. But everything else works, so i have no clue what is the culprit.

Best I can suggest is check what Joomla content plugins you have installed in Extensions > Plug-in Manager as perhaps one is causing issues or maybe some sort of article setting within Content > Article Manager > Options.
