[SOLVED] Request a connetion in the CB menu field showing as a command string and not a button.

i am unable to have members add connections. not sure what would have caused this.

That's due to our old overlib usage (gone in CB 2.0). I think that particular bug happens when you render it inside of a popup like that. Try rendering the menu directly on profile as a menubar and see if issue persists.

Follow up question. I used that menu option because I want my members to be able to use the options in the menu but it takes up a lot of space. I want to have the profile pic on the left the menu in the middle and the profile book on the right. but I want the profile pic and the menu to take up as much space as the current profile pic. I i have in the configuration on the back side tried to change the percents but the changes don't show on the front side. Is this because I upgraded from the free version to the paid? I ask because it worked in the free version.

You need to ensure you've latest CB Bootstrap template installed as older versions didn't respect the width % very well. Latest should try to convert your supplied % to a supported Bootstrap column size.

i downloaded CB Bootstrap Template version 2.1.0 and uploaded it. does it replace the bootstrap already in place or do i need to delete what was there and then upload the new one?
i tried the upload over the old and i am having no success in changing the percents.
even in the 2 column layout.

Ah, sorry that feature isn't in CB Bootstrap yet. It's in CB 2.0. You won't be able to have width usage like that with current CB Bootstrap.
