Hi! I installed the CB pro package (CB Quickstart PRO) after payment and then set everything to "registered"! Then my homepage disappeared completely!
Immediately I could not log in on the homepage ( www.dharmadata.org ) any more!?
Earlier I had a problem with to log gin, one CB and one Joomla (Permissions) and I thought this would solve it and in a way it did because now I don't see anything!!!
So, where to start, I can log in at the Admin site, but not home, it's completely gone!
It's not very "Pro", is it!

I went back and put some of them back to "public" and when I put CB Menu to public, my homepage came up again, then I tried to put it on "registered" in "CB Tab manager" again to see if this was the problem, and yes it disappeared again and won't come back, even if I set it as "public".
It also said "Unknown Joomla and Unknown Extensions suddenly!
But then I went in on admin side and published again what I thought could be a problem and found a few things on Joomla side that was "suddenly "unpublished", but home page is still down! At least I got it back where it recognizes Joomla version and plugging. But, homepage is still down!
I'm I'm a little bit lost in cyberspace and regret I bought and installed the Joomla Pro, all my work is maybe gone, or?!!!

Ok took a look.

By following the FAQ blank page debugging article here:

www.joomlapolis.com/support/faq/101-support/18227-blank-page-issue

I turned on Joomla debugging on your site at max level and then looked at your frontpage.

I got following information:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /customers/e/8/c/dharmadata.org/httpd.www/plugins/system/jcktypography/jcktypography.php on line 58

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /customers/e/8/c/dharmadata.org/httpd.www/plugins/system/jcktypography/jcktypography.php on line 60

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /customers/e/8/c/dharmadata.org/httpd.www/plugins/system/jcktypography/jcktypography.php on line 63

All messages are due to the jcktypography plugin (nothing to do with CB or CB Quickstart PRO).

Based on this information I located in your Joomla plugins the jcktypography plugin and unpublished it.

Your website homepage is now working.

So as you see, CB and CB Quickstart PRO had nothing to do with this.

Please confirm.

Yes, front end is at least up again, but I have problems with it recognizing and accepting passwords that was excepted before and when I manage to log in I can move around in CB, but not open and look on any of the categories in the main menu (Text Library) and this was working perfect before and very important. It is unstable and says again " unknown Joomla" and "unknown pluggins"!
Also the debug menu shows on the front end, which is not good! So, I don't know if there is anything wrong with main Joomla and CB, but they don't seem to work together for me as I wish and I just can't figure it out, because I don't know!
If you click on the home button, this is how I wish the front end to look, but when you log out it changes and to loggins appear. So, a bit confusing for me, but maybe just small problems for you guys that knows this well!
Hope to get it sorted out! :-)

We can't help you with 3rd party extensions (extensions we did not make) that do not work well. You need to contact the developers of those extensions for support regarding them. I've no idea what Text Library is, but if it's causing you issues then you need to disable or uninstall it as needed.

My Joomla site is a buddhist text library: www.dharmadata.org , but you have to be registered to read the text except the "intro to buddhism", I thought it would be nice to have some kind of community as well, but there has been lots of problems to get it to work properly. The idea is that when registered one can use the library (main menu) and also the CB to share and discuss! You have to long in on the fronted to see the problems I have, CB activity comes up three times and, two logins when you long of for example and I can not find out this since the demos is for Joomla 2.5 and I have 3.2!
