Registration will no longer work shows session time out

Site is not able to register. It says there is a cache issue and will not proceed.
Also, the profile view when you login on the front end is repeating itself now. This happened after I updated Joomla to 2.

Upgrade to CB 1.9.1 which is needed for the Joomla version you have.

I explained in my subject line that it was after upgrading to 1.9.1
I copied the specs from your ticket submission center which did not include 1.9.1
and neglected to correct it

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done re-test and see if any fatal errors are present. If none then check if any form of caching is present; if any then please purge, disable, then re-test. If still not resolved try disabling spoof checking within CB > Configuration > Integrations then re-test and see if working.

I have completed these tips. I was able to login to the front in chrome but not IE. Registration does not work anywhere. This is the exact message which pops up. "Session expired or cookies are not enabled in your browser. Please press “reload page” in your browser, and enable cookies in your browser. Please refresh/reload page before filling-in."
I have also disabled cb profile pro so that is no longer a factor. I look forward to help. Please
