Hi,

When registrations not confirmed, I send a new message confirmation (backend).

Ideally, the user can reapply the confirmation link if it has not received. But no rule can do?

Is it possible to add in the page that appears after registration form a line like: "If you do not receive the confirmation link, get it again"... or something like that?

I do not know if it's very clear ...
Because I lose about 10% of users and I want them back! ;)

The user can attempt to login and it'll resend confirmation. You can adjust the registration messages found within your CB language files below and add a message that this is possible. You can also manually resend the confirmation using the Resend Confirmation button within CB > User Management.

Thank you, yes I know.
I use SBSubs.
Is it possible to add a link directly to the user asks the confirmation link in : Plan > presentation > Website workflow texts ?

I suppose so, but I don't see why you need it? If you've confirmation enabled it should send either before or after payment depending on your configuration. You could for example configure confirmation to happen before payment on the Workflows tab of your plans.

Hi,
It is not for that.
My plan A is free.
Sometimes users don't receive the 1st confirmation but get the 2nd. So I would like to automate this action.
For example, if it does not receive 1st confirmation or if it does not confirm within 15 (+/-) minutes, then return a 2nd confirmation.

There is no first and second confirmation. There's the Pending and Welcome emails. Pending contains confirmation link. Welcome lets them know their account is ready to go. If you have admin approval enabled then they won't receive a confirmation email until they've been approved by a moderator. There's no delayed re-send feature either, but I guess you could try forcing something like that with CBSubs Mailer. It also could take longer than 15 minutes for a confirmation email to arrive depending on the users mailer server and your mail server performance. For example if too many emails are going out your mail server maybe congested and will delay or even drop emails.
