Hi,

I am having issues when I am trying to install CB add-ons and extensions.

I have isolated it to com_comprofiler... I think. 8)

Here is the error messages I am getting in the debug mode:

Warning: Spoiler!

At the moment I am getting white screens whenever I access CB components on the backend and frontend.

Apologies for my ignorance, I am getting familiar with Joomla, but I am probably still a beginner.

Did you check this page:

Those are strict standards warnings. You'll get them on PHP 5.4+. They're fixed in CB 2.0 as most of those plugins have merged into the core. New releases for the rest have been made for CB 2.0 that also fixes those issues. CB Captcha is replaced by CB AntiSpam though so CB Captcha won't see a new release. If you're on CB 1.x you'll just need to disable error reporting in Joomla global configuration to suppress those warnings. The fatal error looks like you've 2 CB Video Fieldtype plugins installed and am unsure how that could happen.

Thanks for that information.

Nant: Yes, CB 2.0.2 installed. I assume it is a compatibility issue then?

I wanted to test all the components, I downloaded all packages via the CB Packager and installed them.

I am unable to open the CB Plugin manager, I get a white screen. Should I remove them with the Extension Manager?

Krileon: I assume that the CB Fieldtype plugins are installed via the CB Packager.

The primary reason why I purchased the pro access was to get access to CB Articles, I didn't realised it was now included in CB 2.0.2.

Here was the primary issue I am trying to fix:

How do I get K2 articles to be listed in the User Profile?

Thanks for your assistance.

I have just tried installing the extensions again, when I try to install (what I hope is) a compliant package the following fail to install:

001_com_comprofiler.zip

009_plug_cbantispam-121.zip

019_plug_cbinvites-311.zip

020_plug_cbprivacy_310.zip

I reinstalled CB 2.0.2 core package over the time, and CB seems to be working fine.

I am now able to access the CB Plugin Manager, and access the CB Articles. In addition I accessed the CB Articles plugin, and was able to change the model drop down to K2. The articles are now displaying correctly.

Not totally certain what the exact cause of the error was. I assume the basis is located somewhere in the CB Packager.
