The about integration does not process substitutions. So using substitutions in it to substitute in user fields is not possible at this time. You can try a workaround by enabling content bot processing within GJ > Config > Integrations > About then install CB Content Bot and try using the CB Content Bot substitution format inside of About to see if it'll work.

When I mentionned "about", that couls be another tab like wall... Is wall supporting substitution.
If not, I am open to any alternative such as the one you proposed.

Actually I just want to grab some information, the user may have filled to duplicate it in the GJ environment.
The wall integration does not support substitutions. The above is the only thing I can suggest. There's no feature for what you're wanting directly implemented in GJ. The user won't have to fill out any duplicate information in the GJ environment, because GJ has nothing to do with their profiles. GJ is for social groups among users. Similar to various other group usages on social sites. It has no profile fields or anything of the sort.
