That's a 3 year old video. That feature doesn't exist anymore. You can use CB Auto Actions and condition against your progress field to have the same functionality with a Redirect action, which allows you to have same behavior except you get to send them anywhere you want or implement whatever custom behavior you want. Example condition as follows.
[cb_myprogressfield] Less Than 100
If you want to check for required fields being empty you can add conditions for those fields to see if they're empty and use a redirect action to send them to profile edit.

We are using automatically generated passwords and we would like to force the user to change it the first time they login. Would this also be possible with CB Auto Actions?
You can set your first login redirect to profile edit, but that's not going to force them to stay there or to change their password. You can also do this with CB Auto Actions and a Redirect action on the first login trigger, but again you can't force them to stay there and change it.
