You want initial display of a userlist to not show any results? Edit your userlist within CB > List Management then under Parameters > Search set "Hide Empty Searches" to "Yes".

Sorry, I don't understand what more you're wanting or asking. That parameter ensures the userlist will show no results unless a search is made. If no search is made then no users will be shown. If you want the search criteria to be exact match instead of partial match then edit your userlist and set it to simple search "is" instead of simple search "any". I'm unsure what you mean by pending users.

Please do not send credentials unless requested. Your issue is you're using CB 1.9.1. That parameter does not exist in CB 1.9.1. The only way to have no users on initial display in CB 1.9.1 is to append &searchmode=1 to the userlist URL. Otherwise you'll need to upgrade to CB 2.x to utilize the parameter described in my previous replies.
