Hi,

I don't know why, but moderator's e-mails are not send! I d'ont know if I missed something between CB and the CB Paid Subscriptions plugin...

Here is my configurations :
In Joomla users configurations :
Allow User Registration : Yes
New User Account Activation : Admin
Notification Mail to Administrators : Yes

In Moderator Profil :
Group Super User
Receive Moderator Emails: Yes
Actived, Aprroved, Confirmed and not blocked

In CB Configuration :
Allow User Registration : Yes, independently
Require Admin Approval: Yes
Require Email Confirmation : Yes
Registration Email Name, Registration Email Address,Registration Reply To Email Address are filled correctly but all the rest (Pending Approval Subject, Pending Approval Email, Welcome Subject,Welcome Email, etc...) are left empty

In CB Paid Subscriptions plugin, I didn't find anything about moderator's e-mails, but subscriber's templates e-mails are filled.

Can you help me to solve this? Or do you need more informations?

Are emails sending at all for your install? Navigate to CB > User Management and check the checkbox for you user. Next click Mass Mailer and try to send an email to your self.

Yes they are sending, and when I subscribe whith a new account, I receive all the activations and confirmations e-mails.
But none of the moderators receives a notice that a user just registred and must be activated...

Please give version numbers of Joomla/CB.

Please specify how you have populated the CB -> Configuration -> Moderation tab.

It's on a Joomla 2.5 and a CB 1.8.1

And the moderation tab in configuration is like that :
Moderator Groups : Super Users
Moderator Approve Users : Yes
Send Moderators Email : Yes
Allow User Reports : No
Require Upload Image Approval : No
Allow Moderators to Edit User Profiles : Administrators and Super-administrators only
Allow Profile Banning : Yes

Guessing you mean CB 1.9.1.

Find one of your super admins that is not getting emails (the one you are testing with) and make sure that the:

Receive Moderator Emails

parameter is set to yes in CB User Manager -> contact info tab
