If by dispose you mean delete, then you just need to click on the person/trash can icon under the picture you want to remove.

Yeah looks like there is a styling issue with the old CB Profile Gallery plugin and CB 2.0.

The new CB Gallery plugin to be released very soon now should solve this and actually give you many more cool features Kyle is working on.
