My top menu is in position fixed in my template.
Tabs in profile are scrolled on top after click.
Is possible to change the size scroll for it back a little less because the top of the tab is hidden ?
Please provide some screenshots of your issue as I don't understand what your issue is, sorry.

The tabs use standard #ID HTML anchors to scroll tab content into view. The problem is your top bar is absolute positioned so the browser doesn't calculate it as part of the page contents. Ideally whatever is implementing that top bar should offset the content by its height to avoid this from every happening. Another option is to significantly reduce the height of the top bar when collapsed as it's quite large (see backend of Joomla for good collapsed size example).

The black bar at the very top has to be absolute positioned for it to be doing that. There's no other way for it to sit on top of content like that unless it's maybe an uncleared float. I recommend contacting the developer of your template as there's not much I can suggest as it's a CSS issue for the template.
