It's not possible to create Community Builder > Plugin menu items to GJ at this time other than to the overview page as it's the default view in GJ. GJ > Menus is the only way to currently generate GJ menu items. GJ is not CB 2.x compatible yet. This is all being fixed with GJ 3.0 rewrite, which I'm working on now (won't be done for awhile).

You can not link to GJ from Community Builder > Plugins other than to the Overview page. GJ is not yet compatible with CB 2.x. The only other way to link to GJ is through GJ > Menus, but you will not be able to edit them once generated as they're not valid menu items. This is being fixed for next GJ release.
