[SOLVED] Translate CB GROUPJIVE was created by agrepe
Hello,
I translate the content ( cb GroupJive ) to display it in French in front.
There are things I did not locate .
For example, to translate, where can I find "New Group" The content of the search field groups , the " Join" button label?
Best regards.
Eric

Group is dynamic as it's an override configured in backend. It's language string should be something like the below.

'New [group]' => 'New [group]'

GJ has not been upgraded yet though so the new translation usage may or may not work well with it. I'm currently in the middle of rewriting it as we speak for CB 2.x.

It's in the GJ English language plugin files found below.

components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/cbgroupjiveen-gb/

If that folder doesn't exist then the default English language plugin for GJ isn't installed and you'll need to unpackage the GJ package and install it..

Hello,
I translated the caracctères chains in these files, but it does not change , I still can not display in French.
I found a lot of caracctères chains but for several of them I can not locate them.

I installed the plugin " CB GroupJive en-GB " but it remains in red in the list of plugins with an exclamation point .

Here's an example of what I can not not translate :

Best regards.

Eric

Once installed you need to translate the strings, but it may not even load if your site language isn't set to English. Below is the GJ French language project. It appears 2.7 has been translated to French already. I recommend installing it and seeing if everything translates properly.
