Hello, is the GroupJive upgrade going to be ver. 3.0 or 2.8? I have been following the Incubator » CB GroupJive and it looks like 3.0....thanks

yes - I think Kyle is doing enough rewrite to justify a 3.0 version bump.

If someone can clarify, does groupjive 2.7 work with cb2? I'm starting developing new site, seems to work but can't find info

It's being rewritten to 3.0. I was going to do a 2 stage upgrade process, but decided to consolidate my work to save time. I was going to do a quick 2.8 upgrade then 3.0 rewrite, but am just jumping straight to the 3.0 rewrite instead.

GJ 3.0 will support migrating GJ 2.x to the new usages though so there shouldn't be any risk of usage loss. It is worth noting though that a lot of things are changing. Some major and some minor, but all for the betterment and improved usability of GJ. See the below forge for what's going on.
