Thanks, i installed com builder 2.10 nightly, cbconnect 7.04 beta, but have this problems:
facebook - i have sign up, all is good, but when i’am logout and then want to sign up again, appear message this email already in use on your site, and i can login.
vkontakte - when i sign up appear this message
and i need manually write email, but vkontakte account already has email.
VK isn't providing the email address or the API has changed and HybridAuth 3 is unable to find it. In this case CB Connect asks for a valid email address to complete the registration, which is completely normal.

I don't know, it shouldn't be asking you to register again. Did you follow the configuration steps carefully in the news topic linked above?
