The pagination seams to be working fine in my tests. Are you sure it didn't navigate to the 5th page? If the wrong tab is selected after the page reloads then it could just be a jQuery problem and not the pagination, which is just an HTML form.
If the page doesn't navigate at all when clicking pagination the you possibly have broken HTML on the page somewhere. If that's the case check what fields are on Contact Info and if there's a Custom HTML field for example unpublish it and see if the issue persists.
Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration to expose any errors that maybe present.

When I click the page 5, it jumps to the first tab (here is the Contact Info tab). Then I have to click the Blogs tab again, it is now at the first page again, then I click the page 5 again, this time it jump to page 5. From page 5, If I click page 3, for example, it bounces back to Contact Info tab. The same thing happens if I click other page.
So in order to change page, I need to click many times.
Sounds like you've some broken HTML or a jQuery issue coming from somewhere. Switch to default Joomla template and see if your issue persists. If it does begin unpublishing all non-core fields on the first tab to see if issue resolves. If still not resolved ensure your tab titles do not contain broken HTML by editing them in CB > Tab Management.

I switched to default template then it seems to work fine. So it is because of the template.
I am using a Gavick template. I already had to change template two times, from Smartaddons to Joomlart then to Gavick. Can you tell how to find where the cause locates in the template?
