Front end User Login Problem was created by aduque
Dear support team

I have Joomla 3.

I am having a problem with one User, when he logins the system report that login was successful but immediately appears an error label saying that the profile is not more available, I checked in the back end and the user appears blocked, as administrator I unblock it and synchronize users, but no matter what I do, every time the user try to login the profile becomes blocked again.

Also since about 3 days ago I am getting the following message when I try to save any modification I do in the profiles:

405 Not Allowed
nginx/1.8.0

This happens randomly.

Need help!!.

Thanks.

First issue sounds like you've CBSubs set to not allow registrations without a subscription. This causes users that attempt to login without a subscription to be automatically blocked. This won't affect super users, but if you've a lower usergroup that's a CB Moderator it may happen so you may want to create a moderator CBSubs plan to prevent it. Try giving them a CBSubs plan to confirm. You can disable this functionality within CBSubs > Settings > Global by setting "Allow Free Registered Users (without subscriptions)" to "No".

Your second issue sounds like it maybe a mod_security issue. Please contact your host and see if mod_security maybe triggering.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, Cbsubs is installed but unpublished, so this should not been affecting the behavior, and this issue is happening only with 1 user, all others can login right.

Attached is an image of the screen with the error message

Sounds like they exist in Joomla, but not CB. Within CB > Tools run User Synchronization then stop using Users > Manager; always use CB > User Management. After synchronizing check that their user is enabled, confirmed, and approved in CB > User Management.

Hi,

Thanks again for your suggestion, but user is Ok in CB, I checked in the database, the problem keeps going, when the user login, the status in field "block" (Users table) changes from 0 to 1. I reset this field but no matter how I did it something is triggering the change. This happens only with this user, all other users behave normal and can login.

Any other suggestion?.

Best regards

You may have something else installed/configured doing this if CBSubs is unpublished. If you've CB Auto Actions installed try unpublishing it to see if an action is configured that's doing this. If issue persists check within Extensions > Plugins for any 3rd party System or User plugins then disable them.
