[SOLVED] Duplicate Email Link

Hello,

i installed UddeIM as messaging system and added a field to the user profile.

Now it shows the word "PM" and then the Email-link twice.
Does anyone know why the link appears twice?

Within CB > Field Management edit the PM field and under Parameters > Display what is "Profile Display Mode" set to? Try setting to "Text Only" and seeing if issue persists. Also check under Parameters > Layouts to see if any layouts have been specified; if so clear them.

Hallo,

i set it to "One line with title".

But it does not matter what I select there.
The layout parameters are also empty.

I have always 2 icons and 2 links or only 2 links.
Unfortunately, each time twice.

Do you have a language other than English installed? If so try switching to English and see if issue persists as it could be a translation error. Please check the display under Parameters > Display as instructed above and not the profile display under the global tab.

Hello,

my page is multilingual, but the base language is english.
The error is on every language the same.
And yes, i looked at the parameters as instructed above.
I cannot find any false settings.

I deactivated the link now....

Do you have English installed or are you using the Default language? If English is installed try uninstalling it so the default is used. Aside from that I'm unsure what's causing your issue and can not confirm. If using default language doesn't solve the issue please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
