[#5628] Editor? was created by nilsy
Hi
I am just wondering if there is anyway I can use a normal editor for Wall posts in GroupJive?

At the moment there is no editor at all. Not even BB-Codes work.

Correct - no such functionality exists and I am not sure if such should be added (i.e., facebook does not have it).

But I have added a ticket here:

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/5628

for future consideration.

Ok... but since you mentioned Facebook... Facebook has both smilies and the ability for several line breaks.
But ok, no problem really, I was just wondering if there was some plugin or setting that I had overlooked.

Well line breaks work now.
I tried shift-Enter on a mac and it does give a line break.

Yes, I know ONE line break works.
That's why I wrote "several", to give an impression of paragraphing.

Yup - looks like multiple line breaks is being stripped - has to put space in between to get effect.

Well this thread is referenced in the ticket, so our developers will read this feedback and hopefully improve.
