CB Auto actions - auto mail was created by MaartenV87
Hello,

I want CB to send an automatic mail to members that haven't logged in for 1 month, can this be achieved with CB Auto actions?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, you need to use the Internal > Users trigger with an Email action. You'd then condition their last visit date to see if they logged in within the last month. Below example condition might work.

Value: [cb:parse function="time"][lastvisitdate][/cb:parse]
Operator: Less Than or Equal To
Value: [cb:parse function="time" time="-1 MONTH"][cb:date format="Y-m-d H:i:s" /][/cb:parse]

Next you can run the internal users URL within CB Auto Actions > Parameters to execute the action on every user using CRON or manually clicking it.

You need to use the Internal > Users trigger with an Email action. Please read my above reply carefully. Please also note this is an example and I did not test it so it may not work and may need to be adjusted. Please see the below videos to get started with CB Auto Actions.

None, under Global select the usergroups you want it to apply to with the Access parameter.

[cb_usergroup] equals to 'name group' ?

No, there is no substitutions to get a users usergroup names.
