Hi, I can not find the answer to this common question in the forum.(I am running Joomla! 3.4.8 and CB 2.0.13)
My "CB User list" menu when selected is asking for user authentication. I want Public to see the user list. The Default list being invoked if user authenticates is "Member Table List" which is public.

Is the Joomla menu link to the userlist it self also set to public? Is the userlist or CB it self being protected by CBSubs? Check your Integrations > Extensions and Integrations > Content protection of your plans carefully.

User List menu (under Menu-> Main Menu) is set to Public. Also under (Community Builder->Configuration->User Profile->Profile View Access Level) is set to public. All CB Plugins are public.
A have a CBSubs donation plan. The plan Access level and Access group is set to "Public".
