Using Joomla 3.4.3
CB 2.0.12

We are going live, and we were just finishing the UAT when we found that some links have suddenly stopped working, which were working earlier. We have not done any changes last two weeks.

blank page appears when we click on 'Update your profile' and 'Manage Your Connections' link.

Both Joomla and CB are out of date. Update both and see if issue persists. I recommend using latest CB 2.x nightly found below.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then see if any errors output. Blank page is the result of a fatal error, typically server error and often memory related.

We enabled debug mode and maximum error reporting in the Joomla configuration, but it's not showing the error.
Only the Blank pages are coming with header and footer. Recently we have made one change that is renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess. I attached the images. Please check it.

Please attach the images directly or use a hosting site like imgur if you need to share images.

See our FAQ below regarding blank pages. It is almost always memory related. If you enabled usage of htaccess recently then revert your change and see if issue goes away.
