Plugin Install Fails was created by wowza2
Trying to update to plug_cbautoactions_6.3.5+build.2016.06.21.23.56.00.86ad59145.zip but getting "Failed to uninstall self. Please uninstall manually." message. I've unpublished and then deleted the previous version of the plugin but I'm still getting the error.

What do I need to do to get the plugin to install?

Joomla version 3.5.1
CB 2.0.14
CBSubs 4.1.0

im having the same issue...glad to know its not something intimate to my setup. ive never seen this error before. theres obviously a bug

Please read the installer logs. It tells you exactly what failed and if there's an error you'll also have a why. That error means the installer failed to remove it self. You can manually uninstall Package Installer within Extensions > Manage if it fails to uninstall it self for any reason. It will cause no harm failing to uninstall it self.

I was trying to install the plugin from Community Builder>Plugin Management>Install New Plugin without success.

Just tried installing it from Extensions>Manager>Install and it worked.

With latest CB build and latest CB Auto Actions build it's installing fine through CB > Plugin Management in my tests. Are any other plugins failing to install through CB?

Hey krileon..in my case in case its helpful in any way. I recieved those errors when i installed the activity module and the groupjive module...the assiciated plugins installed without error.
