I have currently a setup of filters in Acymailing to get the right people subscribed to the right lists.
I would very much like to change it to Auto-Actions instead, it would be much easier to manage.

I have an auto-action like this:
Trigger: Users
Type: Action

A lot of conditions

Action: Set field to 1
Action: subscribe to list

It sets the field for the user to 1, when I trigger the Users trigger.
But it doesn't subscribe the user to the list?

A bug?

Best regards

You can't set the field value and subscribe them to AcyMailing in a single action unless you're using 1 action to trigger 2 others. In that case you may have a problem with whatever conditions you're applying to the AcyMailing action. Please provide more details regarding how you have all of this setup. Test subscribing to AcyMailing with a simple after login trigger usage to confirm that it subscribes to your newsletter fine.

Ok, I'l try and make it more clear. There are three autoactions involved here.

Autoaction A:
Type: Action
Trigger: Users
Conditions: Checks a rather long list of conditions
Action: AutoactionB, AutoactionC

Autoaction B:
Trigger: None
Type: Field
Conditions: None
Action: Set field

Autoaction C:
Trigger: None
Type: Acymailing
Conditions: None
Action: Subscribe to acymailing list

Autoaction B is fired.
Autoaction C is not, or doesn't do anything at least.

Best regards

Is the AcyMailing action published? It won't fire unpublished actions anymore using an action type. Try subscribing to that mailing list on the after login trigger with no conditions and see if that works. That'd at least let us know the action by it self is working.

Yes, the action is published.

I tried creating a simple action on my testsite like this:
Type: Acymailing
Trigger: OnAfterUserLoginSuccess
Condition: None
Action: Subscribe user

That gives me a message 'Tilmeldingen er kun for brugere, der er logget ind' in the center of the screen (translated it's something like subscription is only for users that are logged in, if I search in 'language overrides' in Joomla it refers to the Key: ONLY_LOGGED, but it doesn't say from which file).

Best regards

I found a setting in Acymailing allowing non-loggedin-users to subscribe. I tried setting that to Yes, that made the message disappear, but I still do not see the user subscribed.
Would you like access to the testsite, it debugging enabled.
