A userlist menu item is returning the following:

"The acbs.ca page isn’t working

acbs.ca is currently unable to handle this request."

Not sure when this started happening (was just brought to my attention yesterday) but using latest version of CB and Joomla

Edit your userlist within CB > List Management then under Parameters > Paging ensure "Number of entries per page" has a value (e.g. 15). Seams to be resetting on some people (and even us) and is likely some migration code doing it.

getting a similar error with paypal processing:

"So I just processed two credit card payments (via PayPal) for members. The first one worked great – but after the PayPal confirmation of payment and the system was heading back to the website it crashed again with the same error."

Is there a workaround?

Sounds like you're having performance issues and likely running out of memory. Contact your host and have your memory limit increased or uninstall some plugins/extensions to free up memory.

The error message is back. I had previously updated the list management>parameter>paging>Nouber of entries per page> and the problem went away.

Now it's back.

Did the parameter reset to empty? What did you set the number of entries per page to? Try something like 15.
