[SOLVED] CB Privacy-Forced privacy control

In Field Management I am using "User can control privacy" Display option. However, I can't figure out how to make "Forced privacy control" function. When I select this as a Display option nothing seems to change. What exactly is the difference between all of the Display options? Thanks.

"Forced privacy control" uses the privacy control parameters below that parameter. So for example if you want to force a privacy of Private you'd have the following.

Display: Forced privacy control
Default: Private

It will always use the "Default" for its privacy rule.

I don't see how to set the default. I want to use a usergroup as the default forced setting. Is this possible?

The Default parameter is under Integrations > CB Privacy > Privacy > Display at the bottom. The Default privacy rule for the privacy selector is always applied in the case of forced privacy controls. Yes, you can select a usergroup as the default privacy rule.

Sorry for my stupidity but the only options I see under default are Same as Global, Public, and Private

Then those privacy rules have been disabled globally within CB Privacy > Parameters > Privacy > Rules.
