General or System Messages

Do blocked users receive them? (hoping not)

Blocked users will not receive any messages.

I'm afraid they did. I'm on the latest version of UDDEIM. All those blocked users in my jos_users table (registrations I haven't approved yet - and I use CB 1.2rc4) received the general message I sent out. Or, more specifically, they received an e-mail telling them that they had a PM waiting for them and that they need to log in to read it.

blocked!=approved

uddeIM should not send a message to users that are blocked (blocked=0 in jos_users).

I will check that.

I am not quite sure but maybe I have changed that because of a request that says blocked users should receive important messages. I am not sure.

Done. Its really a bug.

Its fixed in 1.6 trunk, so the next version will be ok.

When you approve a registration in CB,it sets jos_users.block=0. Until then, they are block=1. The general message went out to everyone, block=0 AND block=1.
