I get blank registration form in front-end. Turned on debug no traces at all.

All plugins are published and public.
Tab contact is published and all fields, except middle name and name. Name i cannot changed due to settings.

I read another post on the forum, but after checking no idea what to do next. it works fine in administration.

Ensure CB Core within CB > Plugin Management is public and published. It is responsible for all core field types. It's not possible for registration to be blank out of the box. You would've had to of configured it that way for it to be blank. Please be careful with which you configure. Ensure your core fields (username, email, and password) are set to display on registration and that their tab is public and published.

All as you say.

Strange, why would it work in the backend then?

Backend does not care about individual plugin or tab access. It only checks backend permissions.
