New User Registration Pending Approval

We get lots of registrations (presumably from programs) which enter the company name Google, select the first option from each drop down list. It would be very helpful if we could add extra fields to the "New User Registration Pending Approval" email so we could check the application without having to login to the backend of the system.

You can - just edit the language string that contains the pending approval message and add your [cb_field] strings to it.

Same method really.

Probably being stupid but this all works except cb_country2 which is a drop down.

Sorry, this is a known issue (I forgot) that we have fixed for next release.
