both are autorecurring yes. i have checked & double checked everything & spoke to paypal also. i have always had the api credentials included & have even reinput them now just to be sure. not sure what could have caused it not to report the cancellation to paypal. if you have any other suggestions please let me know. i will keep check to see if it occurs again.

Please provide backend super administrator login credentials so we can take a look at your notifications and history log. It should've cancelled the recurring through API before doing the upgrade, very strange.
