I think I might be having the same problem. For some reason, CB subscription module won't show up. It is published and set to be visible on all pages. Hopefully I am not missing out on something silly :S .
CB Plans are showing in the Tab provided under profile and for registration, but I would like to show current plan and possible upgrades as a module under CB login (rather than as a tab on profile). Can you please advise if there is an updated module available which I can install. Or tell me how to fix the bug in the module?
