When I go to Community builder/users and then try to re-send confirmation emails it seems it is trying to send emails but I get this message – “Sent confirmation emails to 0 users” - and no emails are actually sent.
even though I have checked users that have a valid email address.
Any suggestion on how to be able to re-send the activation emails would be much appreciated.

Not really a CBSubs issue.
You can only send confirmation messages to unconfirmed users.
