[SOLVED] Cannot raise a ticket - Internal server error

I am constantly getting the above error when trying to raise a support ticket. I have a site totally disabled for registrations because of an issue. I have documented the error in forum and have had stock answers so far. I have now tried for 4 days to create a ticket. Please kindly fix the system and / or help me with this as my client is getting frustrated with the issue. If we pay for support and access do please provide it. thanks.

Our server security is extremely strict. You're likely trying to add information that is causing mod_security to reject it. Please note support tickets provide no benefit over the forums except complete privacy. If you have no private information to provide I'd be happy to help you with your issue here.

Hi Kyle, I was trying to raise a ticket to icnclude version details, login and FTP details for the issue I raised under: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/277-cbsubs-gpl-support/221543-notice-trying-to-subscribe-arb-payment-items-different-on-key-validity-with-different-values#229072
