I created a birthday email in Mailer, and a cron job that my webhost confirmed is set up correctly. But the emails are not queuing or sending without manual intervention.

Cron job and mailer settings are in the attached screenshots.

Does it work if you access the URL directly right after someone registers? If not please remove your Conditional and try again as perhaps the date matching isn't working right.

Well, it works if I click manually on Url of cron task to process mailers rules and if I then manually process the queue.

I do not see how to turn off the conditional?? It seems Triggering Conditions (on the BASIC TAB) are required to save the mailer.

I'm not sure I understand -- when trying to trigger a birthday email -- how "relative to date of plan" fits into that. If I just want email to go out on someone's birthdate, but only to currently paid members, what would the correct conditional be?

On the CONDITIONS tab I have selected the appropriate CB Field and Date (Birthday Function)
But on the BASIC tab, I am not sure what the setting should be to trigger.

Automatically send message at following date: 1 hour after (so 1 hour into their actual birthday date day)

Relative to this date of the plans below: ??

But do not send message if it's later than: ??
