Just curious, anyway to have those plans reveal at the bottom of the form instead of the top?
Absolutely, navigate to CB > Tab Management and edit the "Subscription" tab then change the "Registration Order" to whatever you like. For example set it to 99 and it's pretty guaranteed to be ordered last.
