When I look at the basket list, the "Item" column shows the rather neutral name "Membership for Xyz", while the the invoice and basket details tell what item it really is, e.g. "5 years membership" or "10 years membership".
It believe it would be really practical to have the plan name or id in the "Item" column instead of the more general term, in order to get a quick overview. I know it's possible to filter the list, but that column doesn't tell so much right now, as part of the overview list.
I guess this a suggestion rather than a question, unless it's possible to change the plan setup
By the way, I'm using [PLANS_TITLE] for [NAME] in the "Payment basket and gateway item text" as I thought this would show the right plan name.
Believe you're seeing the "Payment item text:", which you can edit on a plan by plan basis by editing your plans then adjusting the parameters under "Payment invoice item text" on the "Pricing" tab.
