Nick, i've send you a private message.

For the probleme, i've re installed Cb sub 3.0 over the previous one, installe 2 check out, but remaining the same.

Problem should be fixed know on your site.

For some reason an empty row was created in your gateway table.

We have fixed it know on your site and also opened a ticket #4147
