is it possible to export data out of CB and CBsubs to perhaps a csv format for use by our book keeper?

Only through direct database queries as phpmyadmin can export to CSV. We currently don't have any import/export features, but they're planned. CB Juice can do a CB user export, but it won't have any CBSubs data.
