Is it possible to allow users sell books with cb Subs?
For example user wants to sell a book.
Can he create subs and set up price and cover for the book?
Can it be done from cb profile?
No, CBSubs is not a store front. It's a subscription management system. You'll probably need VirtueMart or something similar to have an actual store front. Even then I've no idea if VM will allow site users to sell items.
