Email User List to update profile and subscription

I am using CB 2.0.11 and the latest CB Subs.
What is the best way to manually email users to give them a direct link to update their profile and subscription?

In specific, I thought it would be nice to email all users in a certain userlist as we have created lists of users based on fields they've filled out.

We also use Acymailing but haven't figured out a way to move a certain CB list to an Acymailing list. This would be an easy way if we could have some ideas.

You could filter them in CB > User Management, select their checkboxes, then click Mass Mailer to email a large amount of users at once. There's no frontend mass mailer functionality.
