[SOLVED] cbsubs - signup not working on paid subs was created by xavierhoughton

i have an issue where signing up to a subscription does not allow me past the the form to the payment confirmation page. it works occasionally.

the sighn up page is here

ai.skinpublic.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=registers&Itemid=110

it redirects to

ai.skinpublic.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=saveregisters&Itemid=126

but it shows the same form

clsoe this - issue with themplate fixed. Error's weren't showing.
