adding discount to ARB after the ARB is set was created by ThePiston

If I give a discount on an ARB payment that's already been processed to authorize.net, will that discount apply on the 2nd and 3rd ARB payments? If not, can we modify those 2nd and 3rd payments in authorize.net after-the-fact?
