Plan images do not appear in new members with free lifetime membership

Hello,

I have a CBsubs 4.01
CBuilder 2.0.13
Joomla 3.4.8

With plan images installed.

Plan images do not appear in new members profiles with free lifetime membership

They should be visible in all the members that have free lifetime plans and for the paying ones, only those that have paid the current year's fee.

How can I be sure this is properly configured?

Any clues on how to fix this?

Is CBSubs configured to give users free subscriptions?
See your CBSubs -> Settings -> Genral tab
Create Subscriptions also for free lifetime plan set to Yes?

These three options are set to yes:

Show subscription plans at registration
Allow Free Registered Users (without subscriptions)
Create Subscriptions also for free lifetime plans

So you should be able to see users subscribed to the lifetime plan in your CB User Management page (Subscriptions column).

If so then you must have configured the plan image wrong.

Please download and study the relevant section of the manual for plan image.
