Does the Quickpay gateway support recurring payments ? I need that for danish credit cards.

No, it does not have recurring payments integration.

Sooo.. could that be implemented ? And no.. I am not gonna pay for that, as I have allready used many, many hours of translating this plugin and I am still on it ;-)

No, we typically don't implement recurring unless it has been sponsored. It takes a week of full time development typically to get recurring working properly, tested, and secure. That's if there's zero problems communicating with the gateway and if they've clear API documentation (usually run into issues with 1 of these).

Have you tried the QuickPay payment gateway provided by QuickPay directly? Appears to be using their latest APIs as well.
